I would give 0 stars if I could. My mother and I had a move with Expedient, they sent an email confirming it the day before. The day of the move, they completely GHOSTED us. No text, no call, no email and we tried to reach out multiple times. We were left without movers and had to rush to find an emergency arrangement last minute. It was absolutely awful and they never reached out to us afterward, either. If you actually want your move to happen, I do not recommend this highly unprofessional and dishonest moving company.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $500

I decided last minute to hire movers. After a few calls to places with unreasonable rates, I stumbled on Expedient. John greeted me with the hospitality of Jesus. The rates were super reasonable and they called 30 minutes before they came. Upon arrival, Nick and Ivan introduced themselves and explained the pricing, expectations and listened to my needs. They were polite, professional and incredibly efficient. They even fixed my girls beds that had been broken for 6 months. I would recommend this company to everyone. #teamexpedient #imafan #tipthemwell.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $299

They never showed up or called on the day of my move. I had to track them down through Facebook messenger as it was a Saturday and no one answers their phones on Saturdays. They didn’t arrive Sunday morning as promised, but in the afternoon. When they arrived the wardrobe boxes they provided me with were wet and moldy. They were not useable. The movers didn’t care. Just told me that was all they had. So all my clothes had to be thrown in boxes. I asked for a mattress cover for my brand new King size adjustable bed. They didn’t have one on the truck so they moved it with nothing protecting it. I agreed because they said they were able to carry it all the way out without touching the ground. They drug it on the cement, the ramp and the back of the truck. They also left behind the cords that they unplugged for the adjustable frame. When I was able to inspect the mattress at arrival one side was blackened where it was drug and because it was July In Florida there was a huge sweat stain from the movers body on the mattress. I made a claim for damages and the cord that was left behind and I had to call and email after 5 weeks passed with no response. The amount offered was not enough to replace the cord and clean the mattress. When I wouldn’t accept their offer they did go up but then failed to mail me a check as promised. I had to email them again to find out why I still hadn’t received the check. They said they mailed it but must of gotten lost so they would mail a new one. No reputable business that knew they mailed a check would just automatically offer to issue another one without confirming with their bank it hadn’t been cashed. They promised me again the check would be mailed out within 3 business days. Still have not received a check. My original moving day was July 21, 2018 and I STILL have not received payment on my claim. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Not even to move a dog house.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $525

I used Expedient to move two houses into one as my fiancee and I purchased a new house and sold our respective houses. The distance between the three houses was all of one block. Expedient was supposed to send three movers and only sent two. It was a very hot day (Florida summer). Whereas they were on time, worked hard were friendly and professional, one of the movers ran out of steam after about 1.5 hours and things proceeded very slowly. They did not use plastic or blankets resulting in numerous scratches and dings. When they got to the appliances, it went bad. I had decided to swap the appliances in our new houses with the appliances from my house. They severely damaged both doors on my 5 month old $1500 dollar refrigerator. Okay, damage happens, but it was the follow up that really got me to one star. I filed a claim with pictures and heard nothing back for a week, not even confirmation of receiving the claim despite my daily requests. They came back with some BS about reimbursing damage at 60 cents per pound and offered me $180 for the damage. I don't have an estimate but looking it up the repair is almost certainly going to be well over $180 as both doors will need to be replaced (black stainless steel). When they were done with the move they gave me a bill for 3 movers rather than 2, it took the mover over a half hour to get the bill corrected. I would not have written a review if they were a reputable company and did the right thing; asked for a repair estimate and paid it. I don't want anybody else to use this company.

They brought zero tools so we had to take our beds apart ourselves.

They dragged out furniture resulting in dirt marks and a puncture to one of our couches. See photos

They tried to over charge us for their lunch break and calls to their manager over the pricing dispute. The manager did actually end up charging us correct.

They were not in uniform as the site advertises.

They informed us that if they break our tvs this company will not pay to correct or accept responsibility. So we drove back to Orlando the next day to move them with help from someone else. This is not standard moving protocol.

The movers get one star as they were very nice people.

They cannot help their company provides zero training, zero equipment, etc.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $992

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Took 8 HOURS to move my elderly mom from 2nd story 1 bed apt to bottom floor apt in SAME Complex 2 bldgs down. Was told 2guys &approx 2 hrs. I figured 3 cause had to take moms bed apart. 1 guy worked other bitched&complained whole time was useless. I provided case of water which was gone plus cups of ice water they had nothing. Very Unprofessional. They Handed my mom bill for over $1000 upsetting her tremendously Totally Unacceptable! They gave me #to their boss and she was mad I called her because it was her personal phone. They Broke various things also. Couldn’t provide receipt. I put in complaint was told they had 60 days to investigate. Ok Sept 2020 to now March 2021 still nothing! Now I have to contact my attorney& press too because NO elderly person or anyone should have to experience this unprofessional company. Don’t seem to care about their customers.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $300

Was on time, very professional. Were very quick and made sure they met all my needs and requests. They did a walk through with me just to double check to make sure I was satisfied with their service. Also finished well ahead of the allotted time contracted and made sure to setup all of my stuff as per my requests. Can't say enough about how well they performed their service with the highest of standards. Highly recommend their service to anyone in need & I will use them again if my need arises.

Movers we're supposed to be at home at 7:30 a.m. arrived at 9 a.m. movers did not know how to take apart furniture I had to take apart furniture please show the 24-foot truck for a three bedroom two I ended up running a 20 foot U-Haul at a cost of $160 the movers were like turtles they did not move very fast.
Was quoted $420 for a room that was 45 miles away at the end when everything I was given a bill for 1230.00 12 hours later.
After movers left they tried to get $75 on my credit card as they had my credit card information.
I called the company and told them my displeasure and Eric the one who set it up said not my problem.
I would not hire this moving company to move a doghouse.

I WILL HIGHLY recommend Expedient! Rob & Mike B., were the best! They worked so hard and never complained. The last movers I hired constantly complained about the weight of my furniture. It is extremely heavy, but Rob & Mike B. never said a word. In fact when I told them I felt bad, they said 'NO Problem'. They were very professional and worked swiftly, never stopping for a sip of water. Very organized as they loaded the truck. Before taking off, they explained how they'd need to stop for more fuel to complete the long distance drive, and gave me an estimated time of arrival. They were right on time and began unloading immediately. Pleasantly assembled and arranged furniture to my liking.

Expedient movers is the best moving company I ever use. From the time I scheduled my move, I had a feeling that this company was different. They were in constant communication with me to ensure that I was ready for my move. On the day of the move, the guys came on time and got right to work. They were very careful with my items. They did not waste any time.
The move was completed within the timeline that I was quoted. I was very happy with the quote that I received and most importantly, I was very happy with the price that I paid. I am very satisfied with expedient movers, and I would recommend them to anybody who is moving. I have saved the information on my contact book. I will use those guys anytime that I will have to move in the future.

I chose expedient movers after reading many other positive reviews, and I'm so glad I did.. I can't say enough great things about them! From the time they arrived until the time they finished, they were amazing. When you are paying movers by the hour, hard workers are crucial, and we had 5 of them. They never stopped for breaks, were polite, clean, and SUCH hard workers! (These guys are strong!) Our entire move was completed in the time they had quoted for us. Our things arrived quickly and safely. Not one item was broken or damaged.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to my family and friends!

Started out on a sour note. They were supposed to show up between 9-10 at my Mom's assisted living center. I had been there since 8:30 waiting. Turns out they tried to call and confirm and I do not have a cell phone so they called my residence. Since they had sent a confirmation e-mail two days prior..I didn't understand the confirm call when they were supposed to be there. My wife got the message around 10 and advised that I was there waiting. They rented a U-Haul and showed up about 10:30 so in the end..not terrible.
Once they were there, I could not be more pleased with the service that Robert and Steve gave. They were polite and considerate which was very important around "seniors" at both facilities. They really hustled and did a great job. I would really rate it a 4.5 only because of the showing up on time issue but again..I did not have a cell phone. Price was very fair.

Move size: Studio Service cost: $374

I used these movers last week and I thought they were awesome! I moved from a one bedroom apartment (with an upright piano) and it only took them 45 minutes to load and unload the truck. I moved from Plant City to Riverview which is only a little over a 30 minute distance. They were done in less than two and a half hours and they did an awesome job! Great guys that made sure my property was protected during the move! I have already suggested them to a friend moving in June and if I ever move again I will use them again!

My experience with Expedient Movers was great. My wife found this company online, and I was quite impressed with the service, therefore decided to return a favor by speading the word about this moving company.
Move was scheduled for January 3d 9am. 8:30am I received a call from the driver confirming they were on their way.
At 8:55am they were at our place, and 9:00 they started. To be completely honest - I've never seen movers work that fast! I was trully impressed.
Nothing got damaged, nothing got scratched. Move went super smooth, and I already recommended them to my co-worker.

I recently moved and called around to several moving companies for quotes and decided to go with this company.  I spoke to Richard on the phone and he was helpful with answering all of my questions.  Because of where I was moving to was multi-level, he recommended a third mover and I'm glad that he did.  The extra person was able to work on loading the smaller boxes, while the other two worked on the furniture.  Everything was loaded and unloaded quickly and they asked if they had any questions on where something went.  They also helped reassemble my bed in my new place.    
The only thing I had to knock off a star for, is I was told that all of my furniture would be wrapped to protect it, and some of it was, but some wasn't.  They wrapped my coffee table (it has drawers), my dresser, and a couple other smaller items with drawers, but my loveseat, couch, or arm chair weren't.  What bothered me about that, was that since they were the bigger pieces, they were put in the truck first, which meant they'd be taken out last.  And by the time that they were taken out, they movers were pretty sweaty, and therefore, got sweat all over my furniture.  It was pretty gross.  They also didn't have any rags to wipe their sweat with, so it was dripping on other boxes/furniture items.     Overall though, despite the sweat issue, I was happy with their service.  I'd use them again, but just ask that my furniture be wrapped as well.

   My family has used Expedient Movers two times now in Orlando and they've done a fantastic job each time. We moved from a single-story home to a two story home and vice versa and never had any damage excellent company to deal with A
Our movers Jason, Brian and Kendra were all very professional and took extremely good care of our furniture and personal items. We couldn't have made the move without them. We made an appointment with Expedient Movers for a second time because of their professionalism.
Moving certainly isn't pretty and they took the torture of it all out of the mix for us. Thank you for your help moving us.

I hired Expedient Movers to move me a short distance within Pinellas County. In doing so, unknown to me, they put a knee through my flat screen TV and broke it. I called to inform them, they sent Clearwater TV out to examine the TV. Clearwater TV, in my presence, called Expedient to say the TV was broken and it would cost about $350 to fix it. Clearwater TV told me they had a comparable, used TV in their truck for $300. I then, in the presence of the Clearwater TV rep, told Expedient that if they bought the replacement, I would be satisfied. They told me to pay Clearwater TV and they (Expedient) would send me $300. Dumbly, I did so. Fraudulently, they did not send my money. I have called 3 times, and they do not answer the phone, nor do they return my call. The company's web site says they are licensed and bonded. I need my $300 and believe they also should pay me damages for my lost time and my anxiety and stress..
